As a stage manager, my passion lies in the meticulous coordination of every element of theatrical production.
I am the communication liaison, administrative head,
and axle of the wheel that is a production. I thrive on
the adrenaline rush of live performance and the
satisfaction of ensuring a seamless production. At the
center of live productions, I deliver logistical skills,
execute leadership, ensure effective communication,
and encourage collaborative teamwork. Having a background in leadership, stepping into stage
management when I was 17 years-old came naturally
yet challenged me every single day. I fell in love with
the position and have been continuing my journey within
it since. Every day, I strive to create a positive, efficient, supportive, encouraging, and inclusive environment
where artists can shine, on and off the stage.
